In Paris , near the famous Montmartre , a 17 square meters ( 183 square feet ) studio situated in the 18th arrondissement, a stroll away from Touristic Paris Montmartre, Place du Tertre and the Sacré Coeur, literally 25 minutes walk.
The studio is on the 8 th floor with elevators, facing southeast, with a balcony offering a very clear view on Montmatre. The studio sleeps two adults in a double comfortable bed. Completely redone and refurnished in May 2004, it is equipped with a TV set, a DVD player and a CD player. The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a coffee-maker and a toaster, all dishes, cook ware, accessories. The bathroom has a shower and a toile, towels are provided.
The building is modern, really calm and secure.
The nearest Metro Station is Marx Dormoy with line 12 which will take you directly to Abbesses (Montmartre), Pigalle, Gare Saint Lazare, Madeleine, Concorde (Champs-Élysées, jardin des Tuileries, Louvre), Assemblée nationale, Solferino, rue de Rennes, Gare Montparnasse, Sèvres Babylone, and Porte de Versailles (Exhibition center).
The studio is also near the North Railway Station (Gare du nord) and East Railway Station (Gare de l'Est).
